Orders can be placed directly on our website efcart.com. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after placing an order. Make sure your name, address, and contact details are correct before submitting.
b. Payment Options
We offer multiple secure payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in Pakistan), Credit/Debit Card Payments (via Stripe/PayPal), and Bank Transfers (where applicable).
c. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time within Pakistan is usually 3–7 business days (depending on your city). For international orders (if available), shipping times may vary. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout. EF Cart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how returns work:
a. Eligible Returns
You can request a return if you received a wrong product, the product was damaged/defective upon delivery, or you are not satisfied with the product (must be unused and in original packaging).
b. Timeframe for Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at contact@efcart.com or 0300-7277507 with your order details.
c. Return Conditions
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Certain items like personal care, hygiene products, or customized orders may not be eligible for returns.
d. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method. For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it (before shipping). Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you can request a return after delivery.
